4-5 Days /week $70/Day
Transportation within a 10-mile Radius
$20 Round-Trip $15 One-Way
We require a 2-day-a-week minimum attendance.
Option 2: Medicaid Long Term Managed Care Program (LTMC)
Florida Medicaid program which includes Long Term Care pays for Adult Day Care Services and Transportation. The providers that we currently have contracts with are:
